Dr. Brandon Imada DC

Dr. Brandon Kanoa Imada brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to helping the North Shore community achieve optimal health and wellness. A proud native of Hawaii, Dr. Imada combines his local roots with advanced training and hands-on experience gained from working with some of the world’s top athletes.

Dr. Imada earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life Chiropractic College West, where he developed a strong foundation in evidence-based chiropractic care and holistic health principles. Following graduation, he completed a 3.5-year post-doctorate fellowship in Utah under the mentorship of Dr. Craig Buhler at the Buhler Athletic Injuries and Human Performance Clinic. During this fellowship, Dr. Imada worked extensively with Olympic-level athletes, NBA and NFL professionals, and other elite competitors. His work also extended to the World Surf League, where he provided care for some of the top surfers in the world, helping them perform at their peak.

As the founder of Surf N Sport Chiropractic, Dr. Imada integrates advanced techniques and a personalized approach into his practice. He is skilled in Advanced Muscle Integration Technique (AMIT), a comprehensive method for injury prevention and recovery that optimizes physical performance. His expertise in the nasal specific technique improves sinus function, breathing, and cranial alignment, while his functional movement protocols are designed to enhance mobility, strength, and flexibility. Dr. Imada also offers holistic lifestyle coaching inspired by the CHEK Institute, addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit to promote lasting health and well-being.

Currently practicing out of Sunset Therapy Clinic, Dr. Imada is proud to bring his specialized services to the North Shore community.
